RETURN & REFUND POLICY: THE RESONANCE GUARANTEE

At HYLEA, we believe in the connection between the user and the vessel. We want you to feel confident in your journey.

1. The "Scent Discovery" Guarantee (Trial Bead Service)
We understand that scent is deeply personal. That is why every order includes a complimentary **Scent Discovery Kit (Trial Beads)**.
* **Step 1:** Upon receiving your package, please **open the Trial Kit FIRST**.
* **Step 2:** Experience the aroma. Wear it for a few hours.
* **Step 3:** If the scent does not resonate with you, **DO NOT break the seal of the main Resonant Vessel box**.
* **Step 4:** Contact us to initiate a return for the **unopened** main product.

2. Eligibility for Returns
* **Timeframe:** You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
* **Condition:** To be eligible for a refund, the **Main Product Box must be sealed and unopened**. If the seal is broken, we cannot accept the return due to the hygienic and energetic nature of the product.
* **Exceptions:** Custom orders and "Final Sale" items are non-returnable.

3. Natural Variance (Not Defects)
Please note that HYLEA beads are made from **100% Natural Botanicals** without synthetic stabilizers.
* **Color Shifts:** Slight changes in color (Patina/Bāo Jiāng) are normal and a sign of quality.
* **Texture:** Micro-cracks or "White Bloom" (Crystalizing Oils) are signs of authentic natural ingredients, not defects.
* **Policy:** Returns based on these natural characteristics will be treated as "Change of Mind" returns, and the customer is responsible for return shipping.

4. How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at support@hyleaherb.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (PayPal or Credit Card). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
