Unlike industrial fast fashion, every HYLEA Resonant Vessel is a handcrafted botanical artifact.
* **Standard Processing:** We aim to dispatch orders within 3-5 business days.
* **Shadow-Drying (Yīn Gān) Note:** Occasionally, fresh batches may require additional days for our traditional Shadow-Drying process to ensure the aroma is perfectly locked in. We appreciate your patience in allowing the botanicals to mature before they begin their journey to you.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimates
We partner with premium logistics carriers to ensure your vessel arrives safely.
* **Standard International Shipping:** [e.g., 7-15] Business Days.Due to the handmade nature of the products and their air-drying process, the initial order shipping time may be extended to 3 weeks. Subsequent orders will have their shipping time shortened to the normal range. Please feel free to contact us at any time for inquiries regarding your order and we can provide you with a video demonstrating the production process.
* **Shipping Rates:** Calculated at checkout based on destination.
* **Tracking:** Once dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the carrier to update the status.

3. Customs, Duties & Natural Declaration
* **Customs Duties:** Taxes and duties are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
* **Product Declaration:** Our products are 100% Natural Botanicals and are typically declared as "Aromatic Accessories" or "Incense Beads" or accessories to comply with international regulations.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages
We insure each purchase during transit until it is delivered to the address provided. Responsibility passes to you upon signature or confirmed delivery. Please ensure a secure location for delivery. If a package is marked as delivered but missing, please contact the carrier and our support team immediately.
